Zirconia esthetics on a titanium base.

Zirconia Screw-Retained Crown
A zirconia screw-retained crown is a single-unit implant restoration bonded to a ti-base and screwed directly to the implant, so it is fully retrievable with no cement at the chair. Milled in zirconia for strength and finished for esthetics, it suits posterior and many anterior implant sites where the access-channel position allows. Send the implant system and scan-body records, and we verify the interface before milling.
Where a zirconia screw-retained crown fits
- Posterior implant crowns: A durable, retrievable zirconia screw-retained crown for molars and premolars.
- Favorable access angles: Anterior and premolar sites where the channel exits lingually or occlusally.
- Cement-free restorations: No subgingival cement, so no residual-cement risk.
Retrievable, cement-free and strong
Cement-retained implant crowns carry a residual-cement risk; a zirconia screw-retained crown removes it. We bond the zirconia to the ti-base under controlled lab conditions, place the access channel for retrievability, and finish the emergence to support the tissue. The crown screws straight to the implant, torques to spec, and lifts out later for hygiene or service.

Frequently asked questions
Send a completed prescription, an implant-level scan or scan-body capture, opposing arch, bite record, the implant system and platform, shade, and photographs. Complete records let us confirm the zirconia screw-retained crown before milling.
Yes. We accept major intraoral scanner workflows and open STL or PLY files, plus scan-body captures. Contact our team if you need help transferring a case.
The standard estimate is 10–14 days in lab. Timing varies with complexity, records and approvals, so confirm the current schedule when submitting.
A zirconia screw-retained crown is bonded to a ti-base and screwed directly to the implant. A screwmentable crown is cemented to the abutment in the lab, then screwed in. Both are retrievable and cement-free at the chair.
Rush service may be available depending on case type, records and the production schedule. Call before sending so we can confirm feasibility and your requested delivery date.
