Surgical Guides
Patient-specific surgical guides translate the approved restorative plan into a precise clinical aid. We review each case for scan alignment, sleeve selection and access before manufacturing, then print the guide in dental-grade resin. Because the implant is planned against the final restoration, the position lands where the crown wants it, not wherever the bone is easiest.
Guide support for every case
- Tooth-supported: For partially edentulous cases with stable adjacent teeth.
- Tissue-supported: For edentulous arches seated on soft tissue, with fixation as needed.
- Bone-supported: Where a flap is raised and the guide seats on bone.
What we need to plan your case
Send the CBCT with the intraoral scan and an approved plan, and we align the data, select the sleeve system, and confirm access before printing. Surgical guides are only as good as the records behind them, so clear scans and an accurate merge matter. Note the implant system so we confirm drill and sleeve compatibility, and the clinician retains responsibility for the final treatment plan.
