Screwmentable Crown
A screwmentable crown combines the retrievability of a screw-retained restoration with the passive fit of a cemented one. We cement the crown to the abutment on the model, so it reaches you as one unit with an access channel, ready to screw in at the chair. It is the answer for angled implants or esthetic sites where the access channel would otherwise exit the facial. Send the implant system and records, and we confirm the interface before production.

The best of both retention methods
Screw-retained crowns are retrievable but constrained by access-channel position; cemented crowns fit passively but leave residual-cement risk. A screwmentable crown resolves both: we bond the crown to the ti-base extraorally under controlled conditions, so there is no subgingival cement at the chair, and the finished unit still unscrews for service. You place it like a screw-retained crown and get a cemented crown's emergence.
